Deadline for submission EXTENDED:
6 PM ET, Friday, May 20th, 2022

Nominees must be at least 40, actively employed and have worked in the nonprofit sector for at least two years. (Sorry, no self-nominations, please.)

Each submission must include:

The nominee’s full name, email address, and LinkedIn profile url.
The nominator’s full name, email address, and LinkedIn profile url.
Name and email of one additional person who could be a reference for the nominee.
Up to three examples of notable career results and/or impact on the industry, corresponding with one or more of these areas of impact: 1) Leadership 2) Results 3) Innovation 4) Thought Leadership 5) Mentorship. (At least one example is required. Please be as specific as possible with measurable outcomes.)
Additional context of your choosing (500-word limit), including the nominee’s demonstrated commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Applications must be fully complete to be considered.

A committee will evaluate the nominees using a scale from one (Low) to five (High) for each criteria:

Number of years in the industry.
Comments from the two references (nominator and one additional).
Each of the areas of impact: Leadership, Results, Innovation, Thought Leadership, and Mentorship.
Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

The nominees will be notified and invited to accept the nomination. Honorees will be announced in mid-2022.
